“The Vermentino has a long history, which sails the seas of Spain, Corsica and Sardinia. Arrived from Spain across the Strait of Bonifacio, the vine has found an ideal habitat in the island of Sardinia, first to the north, then all over the territory. The Sardinian Vermentino gives wines a strong and unique personality and some organoleptic characteristics which are difficult to find in other wine productions, both domestic and foreign. Its color varies from white with a pale yellow color and bright greenish reflections, and refined aromas of ripe fruit with white flesh, broom, herbs. On the palate it offers a feeling of softness and fresh acidity with dense final warm mineral notes, with a slight bitter aftertaste.

 

 

'Entu , Vermentino di Sardegna DOC is produced biologically in our vineyard in Villasimius, through strictly manual pruning and harvest and with the use of land with a low yield per hectare. The cultivation of grapes takes place in dry soil without the use of irrigation and follows the organic method also for its processing.
